The WHU-Otto Beisheim School of Management Vallendar is a privately financed school for economics and business studies, founded in 1984 on the initiative of the IHK Koblenz. Currently, 760 students are enrolled at the WHU. WHU is German for "science school for management". For more than 25 years it is one the most renowned school for business economists in Germany. In international rankings the WHU Vallendar also claims peak positions.
